CLERK TO THE COUNCIL & RESPONSIBLE FINANCIAL OFFICER VACANCY
An opportunity has arisen to work with a committed and professional Council body to serve the residents and businesses of Molescroft. As Clerk to the Council you are responsible for all aspects of Council business including managing staff, budgets and all corporate governance requirements. This includes business planning, policy review and development, project management; risk management and budgetary controls.
The role is home based and you are required to work flexibly for 25 hours per week (100 per month) in discharging the duties. You will work closely with all Councillors and service full Council and Sub-Commitee meetings during the year. Currently Council meets eleven (11) times throughout the year on the third Thursday of the month with additional ad-hoc meetings as the business requires.
The current level of renumeration for the role is £13740 per annum with additional role related benefits.
