What you can expect
Your contact is really important to us and as such the Council will strive to respond to any queries, questions or concerns as soon as possible. So, what does this mean in practice?
All contact by email will be acknowledged within 2 working days of receipt. A full response will be provided within 10 working days subject to the complexity of request. For example, where this requires answers from other agencies such as the Police or East Riding of Yorkshire Council, a longer time to resolution may be necessary. You will, however, be kept updated weekly as to progress.
If you call the Clerk and a message is left, you will receive a call back within 1 working day of the message being received.
If you have any urgent enquiries regarding the Pavilion and/or bookings, please telephone the Activities and Pavilion Manager on 07908 654030.
In the event that you do not receive a response within the published timeframes then this will be as a consequence of technical issues and or staff absence/holiday. Also, please do bear in mind that all Council Staff and Officers work part-time.
